Vinod Kumar Singhal is the founder member of VSC. He is the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Commerce postgraduate, and L.L.B graduate; he has also pursued course in Insurance & Risk Management from ICAI. Since over two decades, he has obtained rich experience in almost every field, such as- Taxation Laws, Company Law, Auditing, Corporate Finance liaison, Non-Residents Exchange control regulations services relating to setting up of liaison/project office in India, etc. He handles various issues with equal ease, but his core expertise lies in Financial & Industrial Consultancy. Besides, he has been a catalyst in expanding the portfolio of the firm’s services from the traditional audit and taxation to a range of services like representative office, consultancy for startup ventures of Non-resident Indians in India, project finance etc.
